High Time a 1993 Catalina 28 Island Series is now for sale.

Built in the USA, this comfortable coastal cruising yacht is currently located in Sydney’s Pittwater.

Accessible cockpit, ergonomic binnacle wheel station with canvas protective cover and canvas bimini, dodger and hatch covers providing protection from UV rays, make her easily sailed single handed or with crew.

Her subtle timber trim is well tended to and gloss-varnished.

Inside she is super-comfortable for living with spacious dining area, clean functional galley and bench space, hot water shower, manual head, basin with shower as well as an aft-exterior cockpit rinse shower.

Her aft master-cabin quarters is both inviting and spacious. There is an airy bow V-berth that could double as storage when not in use. Comfortable well-cared for upholstery and linings throughout, she is turn-key ready to step on board and enjoy.

High Time’s owner has fastidiously adhered to the Catalina Yacht User Manual’s routine servicing requirements, regularly servicing facets of the mechanical, plumbing (plus gas) and electrical systems.

The engine was completely replaced in 2011 with a brand-new Yanmar 3YM20.

Anchor winch motor installed in 2012 and winches regularly serviced, she is seamless in hoisting the sails and cruise away.

Electronics include Garmin 7” GPS, digital 9” TV, Raymarine ST60 Wind system, VHF.

The galley includes an upgraded refrigerator that provides ice with thermostat, condenser unit, cooling plate replaced new in 2014.

High Time’s rig was removed in 2011 and all standing rigging upgraded including mast garnet-blasted, new wiring and running sheets replaced with new.

High Time was slipped and antifouled in July 2016 with propeller serviced and new anodes fitted. The vessel has been antifouled and bottom drive mechanicals serviced yearly since 2011.
