Compass 29

1983 Compass 29 for sale.

This 1983 Compass 29 has been in long term ownership with her current owners as is the normal for these popular, easily handled cruising yachts. Last sold in 1994.

They are an excellent option for couples or families that are looking to get into a solid, safe and seaworthy 29ft yacht on a small budget.

They are well known for their balanced helm and near 50% ballast ratio along with a simplified rig and sail plan.

The cockpit is a large area where sail control lines are all able to be managed and whilst at rest, the area is one of the largest in this size vessel for entertaining and watching the world go by.

The accommodation for up to 6 is well laid out with a generous V double in the bow, a dining settee that seats 4 and drops down easily for another double, plus there are 2 quarter berths under the cockpit seats.

Tidy upholstery throughout, loads of storage space, a neat and functional galley all add up to a perfect weekend getaway.

Ideal yachts for first time sailors getting into a keel boat or upgrading from something smaller.

Inspection welcome anytime and exclusive to DBY Boat Sales. Get sailing this summer.
